Woman trolled airline on Twitter and their response was amazing

Most companies go above and beyond to ensure their customers are as happy as possible.

Which is why Southwest Airlines were left extremely concerned when a woman said an air hostess had been ‘extremely rude and harassing’.

The situation got even worse when the customer claimed the cabin crew member had referred to her as ‘fattie’ throughout the journey.

But, unbeknown to poor Southwest, they were actually the victims of an online troll.

A troll who had a Britney Spears-shaped punchline up their sleeve.

When the ‘customer’ – known only as Paige – contacted the airline she claimed she had a ‘question regarding my last flight?’

She said: ‘One of your flight attendants was being extremely rude and basically harassed me throughout my flight.

‘I am disappointed as I love Southwest Airlines.’

After being asked to explain the incident further, Paige added: ‘Basically, she only referred to me as ‘fattie’ and was being extremely rude.

‘When I asked her for extra sugar for my coffee she hesitated, and when she gave me it she whispered in my ear “You’ll die soon enough fattie”.

‘It was really rude. I have a picture if you guys need it for investigation’

By this point, poor Linnea at Southwest was horrified.

She replied: ‘Oh my gosh, we are so sorry to hear this. Please know how deeply sorry we are, and we will be sure to note this complaint.

‘What’s your confirmation number? Did you happen to get the Flight Attendants name? – Linnea.’

And then it came, the punchline.

Paige said: ‘Yes, her name is Britney. This is her…’

Followed by a fantastic shot of Britney Spears in the air hostess uniform she wore while filming Toxic.

Southwest’s reply? ‘Opps, she did it again.’

Paige made it clear that she ‘couldn’t breathe’ over the witty response, and quite honestly, neither can we.

Nice one, Southwest.
